Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow additional business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses, and certain remote locations. For international orders, separate rules apply – please see below.

UPS 2 Day: All orders will be processed by the following business day.
For UPS 2nd Day delivery, orders submitted Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 1:00 PM ET/ 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. 2 Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, international locations, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations
Saturday Delivery: Please call 212-695-6424 for Saturday delivery pricing.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. The address on the order must be a physical street address.
Orders can not be changed once submitted. If you would like to add to your order please contact us at 212-695-6424.
When you set up your account online, you enter a separate shipping address and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
Unfortunately, we cannot always ship internationally. International customers (including Canadian customers) must please contact us at 212-695-6424 before ordering so that we may determine feasibility.
For all merchandise purchased by phone or online at boastusa.com, we will issue a full refund (less your original shipping cost) within 14 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided and items are in it's original plastic packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or undamaged for full refund.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. You will be charged shipping if you return merchandise for which you originally received free shipping.
Refunds will be made in form of original payment.
An exchange will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged. Please refer to boastusa.com or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure that the merchandise you desire is still available.
How to Return:

To most efficiently receive your credit or exchange, please contact us before shipping items back. Any shipping cost you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund (less our original shipping cost) as you instruct, provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed or undamaged.

No Returns on Custom, Personalized or Sale Merchandise:
Custom, personalized and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must come back in it's original plastic packaging.
We do not offer price adjustments for merchandise subsequently marked down after your order date.
All sales on gift cards are final and are not eligible for returns.
