Shipping
All BOAST orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Expedited orders received before 11 a.m. EST will ship same day. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive within three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow additional business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses, and certain remote locations. For international orders, separate rules apply.
Exchange & returns
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale/discounted items are final purchase.
Under no circumstances can we accept a return in-store for an online purchase.
Return policy
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Items that appear to have been worn or damaged by the consumer are not eligible for a refund.
We do not accept international returns at this time.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund on orders that were shipped correctly. You will be charged for shipping if you return merchandise on which you originally received free shipping.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow five to seven business days from the date we receive your return to process the refund.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders.
Size & fit
BOAST was born on the courts and is rooted in sport. That said, we have fine appreciation for the Ivy Style that was prevalent during our founding era. Balancing the converging worlds of menswear and sportswear, our pieces are individually tailored to reflect their form and function. Please refer to the individual Size Charts on the Product Pages. These charts reflect the actual garment dimensions so you may decide how tailored you'd like the piece to be on you
Shipping
Where is my BOAST order?
After you place your order, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it a bit to update—sometimes the tracking info needs a moment to catch up. If it's been a few business days and you're still not seeing any movement, shoot us an email at proshop@boastshop.com and we'll track it down for you.
can I cancel or change my BOAST order?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse team works fast to get it out the door so you can get on the court. Because of this, we can't always guarantee we'll be able to make changes or cancel an order. We recommend double-checking your cart before you hit that final button. If you've just placed the order and need to make a change, contact us immediately at proshop@boastshop.com and we'll do our best to help.

How do I get free shipping on BOAST orders?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $95.
